Return Policy
Our Furniture 28 products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and adhere to stringent quality control measures. While occasional minor defects or damage may occur, most are easily resolved at home.

Please be aware that variations in color, nominal differences in dimensions, and finishes are typical and should be expected. Therefore, we do not facilitate exchanges or returns for these reasons.
Natural flaws and imperfections inherent in wood contribute to the aesthetic appeal and character of each piece, and they should not be misconstrued as damages or defects.
Natural materials like marble exhibit unique coloration and veining, resulting in distinctive appearances for each product. As such, no two items will be identical.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, notes, and attributes before placing an order to fully appreciate the individuality and design nuances of each item. By purchasing from Furniture 28, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variability in colour, design, and representation that may occur across our website, social media platforms, or printed materials.
Photo Accuracy
While we strive for accurate representation in our product photography, it's important to note that variations may occur due to differences in device screen settings and lighting conditions during viewing. As a result, the colour displayed on any screen may not precisely match the true color of the product.

All sale items and floor models are deemed as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged.
We retain the discretion to decline any return request.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must remain in a saleable condition.
In cases where parts are not easily replaceable, Furniture 28 will dispatch replacement units.
Please note that returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by Furniture 28 will not be accepted.
Return Process for Warranty & Damaged Goods
To initiate any warranty or damage claims, kindly complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form available within 5 business days from the date of pickup or receipt of the shipment. Please note that returns will not be accepted beyond this 5-day timeframe. Your submission should include high-quality photographs that clearly depict the defect, along with a comprehensive written description.
Please complete all required fields on our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form available on our website.
You will receive notification of your claim status within 72 business hours of us receiving your claim.
Please refrain from sending any returns until you have received your RMA# along with specific instructions.
All returns must be packaged in their original packaging and must be in a condition suitable for resale.
The customer is accountable for any return freight charges. Any losses incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the customer. We advise insuring your return shipment against loss or damage and selecting a carrier capable of providing proof of delivery.
Once the claim has been processed and approved, Furniture 28 will provide a return address.
