Please ensure to include product photos when submitting your request. A Return Authorization Form is mandatory for all returns and must be approved by a Furniture 28 Representative. Note that delivery, shipping, and set-up fees are non-refundable. Your return must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be accepted at our warehouse; unauthorized returns will be returned to you at your expense. Sale items are final sale.
