PAYMENT
Upon placing your order, your account will be charged for items that are in stock and for pre-ordered items. An email notification will be sent to you once the items in your order have been shipped.
SHIP-TO ADDRESS
Please ensure that all ship-to address details are accurate. This is especially crucial if you have multiple residences.
PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture pieces can pass through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and corners to reach the desired location.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We offer a one-time price adjustment if you present the original sales receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please note that price adjustments are not applicable to clearance, final sale, or seasonal merchandise.
